Architect – Project Manager
The Project Manager should be a driven, determined, and disciplined leader to run fast-paced, high-quality project delivery on multiple large-scale, complex projects. The applicant should have a high level of technical expertise and be adept at problem solving. Position requires project planning, staffing organization, as well as a dedication to junior staff development. A familiarity with and adherence to project planning processes and comfort with delegation and follow through are imperative. Applicant needs to be comfortable marking quick decisions, showing good judgement, and being an ambassador for the company.
Architect – Graduate III
The Architectural Graduate should be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated designer. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience and be comfortable operating in a team environment. Applicant should be eager to learn, to collaborate on mixed-use and multi-family projects, and to grow your professional skillset. Involvement in multiple projects is a given, so time management and good communication is imperative.
