The Preserve Towncenter

The Preserve is a TND planned community that sits adjacent to the Moss Rock Preserve, a 250 acre protected city park popular with local rock climbers and naturalists.

The Neo-classical community exemplifies the architecture of the old south with a mix of white columned classical homes as well as smaller porched cottages in the southern vernacular style. The small town’s commercial district will be the gateway between the neighborhood and the park. This building, featuring five residential units over five commercial units, is the first building in the town center and sets the stage for the future look-and-feel of the town’s main street.
