Drake Farms Phase 1B – Multifamily

This first phase of the Drake Farms development introduces 120 apartments across three 3-story, walk-up multifamily buildings, forming the cornerstone of a larger mixed-use community. Future phases will add for-sale and rental townhomes, resident amenities, and commercial spaces within walking distance. From concept through design and production, Drake Farms has prioritized energy efficiency, sustainability, and occupant health. The project is set to earn Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Home, ENERGY STAR New Construction, and Indoor airPLUS certifications. Fully electrified, it includes provisions for future on-site solar panels and EV charging stations. Every apartment and townhome features advanced heat pump HVAC and water heating systems, LED lighting, superior airtightness, and enhanced fresh air supply to reduce energy costs and maximize comfort.
