From meeting Louis at the very beginning, we knew he shared the same vision and idea for our home. Everyone on the team was very involved with the process from beginning to the end.

The first time we met with him was at the future site of our home before the land was even cleared of trees. We were so impressed with his vision based on just looking at the topography. We provided ideas about what we wanted and he just knew how to incorporate and translate those ideas into a house design that “fit” the land and neighborhood setting. We need to point out that the eventual housing design changed very little from the first blueprints that were drawn. That is truly amazing!

We love how the house has distinct sections, but is also very open and welcoming. The use of natural light and windows brings a warm, inviting feeling to us and everyone who visits. It is a fantastic place to entertain, particularly with the kitchen and screened porch flow through design.
