Phase 1B

Drake Farms Phase 1B – Multifamily is the first phase of residential units in the larger, mixed-use Drake Farms development. It consists of 120 apartments within three, 3-story, walk-up multifamily buildings. Later phases will include for-sale and for-rent single family homes / townhomes, resident amenity spaces, and commercial spaces within walking distance. From initial conversations with the Client, to design and production, Drake Farms has always centered energy efficiency, sustainability, and occupant health as its prime goals. This project will be certified to the Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Home, ENERGY STAR New Construction, and Indoor airPLUS programs. Additionally, the project is entirely electrified with provisions for future, on site photovoltaic installation and EV charging stations. All apartments and townhomes are equipped with state-of-the-art Heat Pump HVAC and water heater systems, LED lighting, improved airtightness, and improved fresh air supply to save energy costs and improve occupant comfort.
