Everlee Community

Everlee is a beautiful walkable planned 633-acre community located off Highway 150 in Hoover, Alabama. This new community, based on new urbanism principles, consists of a central village with three connecting market rates and active adult neighborhoods. Each of these neighborhoods will have connecting walkable pedestrian pathways and bike trails to promote connectivity and foster community. The main Village Center will have a mix of townhouses and larger multi-family buildings based on the British Arts and Crafts, English Tudor, and English Cottage Architecture. At the center of this community will be a two-wing amenity clubhouse with a central entrance pavilion and plaza that terraces down to a pool and pickle ball courts. This clubhouse will have a small café, local tap room, fitness, lounge space, rentable party rooms and exterior seating areas that will provide a place for local residents to gather and relax. Intermixed throughout this village will be a variety of designed green landscaped spaces, pocket parks, secondary pedestrian pathways, dog parks, central greens with smaller pavilions that provide beautiful, delightful exterior spaces that heighten the sense of discovery as a person moves throughout this community.
