LEO At Carmel is a walkable planned development located at the corner of E146th Street and Community Drive in the City of Carmel, Indiana. The project site is approximately twenty-eight acres and consists of a beautiful variety of one-and-two-family cottages, carriage houses, amenity buildings, and mixed-use multi-family; all of which have been designed to harmonize with the local architectural vernacular. Intermixed throughout this development will be a variety of green spaces, pedestrian pathways, and pocket parks.
