Nequette worked with Signature Homes to design a community that would be embraced by senior residents. From the overall site plan to the smallest interior detail, every element reflects a commitment to comfort, belonging, and livability.

A fully enclosed corridor seamlessly connects the central Clubhouse and its core amenities with the main residential buildings, ensuring year-round accessibility and comfort.
