Arise Knox Square is a beautiful community in Hoover, AL built for 55+ active adults.

Nequette worked with Signature Homes to design a community that would be embraced by senior residents. Arise boasts amenities such as a coffee café, fitness center, yoga studio, theatre, spa, bar and lounge, saltwater pool, bocce court, fitness lawn, and outdoor firepits and grills. Seniors will enjoy elevated living while aging in place at this newly developed community. Nequette feels passionate about designing spaces that facilitate a sense of joy and belonging and Arise aims to do just that.

As the U.S. population continues to age, the demand for age-restricted apartment communities is increasing rapidly. By 2030, 21% of Americans will be over 65, creating a growing need for housing specifically designed for older adults.
