Hamilton Crossing

Carmel, IN

Hamilton Crossing is forty-five-acre commercial office development in Carmel, Indiana. Originally developed in the late 80s and early 90s, the center served as a hub for commerce for decades. After 40 years of ongoing growth and development in the area, Hamilton Crossing now finds itself in need of a rebirth.

Group RMC and Avison Young contacted Nequette to help them envision what the next 50 years may hold for the property and how workspace may relate to home and community in a post-Covid society. A new mixed-use town center concept pulls in a variety of for rent and for sale residential in a to help bring vitality to the new main street shops and restaurants. Workers, residents, & visitors can all gather for events and fellowship in the new public plazas and green spaces created as anchors on the north and south ends of the new main street. Creating a destination for people to live on the property will create new life and demand for the office space already on the property.
