This juxtaposition helped form the architecture of these townhomes and commercial spaces on the corner of Vine St. and Dexter Ave. The painted brick detailing with wood accents helps to break down the scale, while the architectural details like copper awnings and clay roof tiles adds a timeless approach to the exterior material palette. With a focus on home and living, the combination of interior and exterior spaces reflected an architectural solution that is unique to urban style developments.
