A new walkable community in the heart of Fayetteville, Arkansas....This new office building will be home to a family business for the land owners and is the first building to break ground in the new Drake Farms masterplanned community that will include commercial spaces, retail, residential and a medical office

Ross bridge brought out our vision for what compre Ross bridge brought out our vision for what comprehensive urban planning can mean on a community-wide level. From lush public gathering spaces to open and inclusive centers of commerce, we created a sense of place for residents to identify as being part of a community – a community built around a town center where the core of retail, restaurant, and commercial buildings are surrounded by dense residential town homes and lots that increase in size and scale as you dissipate toward the outer circle.
