Last week @lnequette and @jared_calhoun76 attended Last week @lnequette and @jared_calhoun76 attended the National Town Builders Association’s 2023 Spring Roundtable in East Beach, Norfolk, Virginia!

@town_builders seeks to help designers, planners, developers, and builders create resilient cities through the lens of Traditional Neighborhood Design. East Beach is a historic example of a number of walkable communities that have both stood the test of time and benefitted from thoughtful redevelopment.

Swipe to photo 4 to see the WWI era master plan if the Hilton neighborhood, designed as a Built-To-Rent community for Navy ship builders - look familiar? We’ve always found looking to history for quality design and planning inspiration leads to our biggest successes!

Trove, NEQ’s furniture division lead by @tiffianyshawinteriors, excels at designing comfortable, stylish, useful spaces—from reception areas, to amenities, even down to the hallways—ensuring an efficient and beautiful experience in every square foot!

@lnequette recently visited one of our under-const @lnequette recently visited one of our under-construction communities, LEO at Flint Crossing, with one of our long-term partners, @adveniroakleycapital!

Here, Louis discusses how BTR (Built to Rent) neighborhoods bring people together and foster community at an attainable price point without sacrificing design or a sense of place. It’s why we do what we do around here!

We look forward to bringing more communities like this one to fruition with @adveniroakleycapital and @capstonebuildingcorp across the region and beyond!
